If this is the first time that Suzanne presents for your group...
If it's the first time that I'll speak for a group, many times they ask "What is the best topic to choose?"  Perhaps you have reviewed our listing of topics.  If you have a particular burning issue in your group, there may be one particular presentation you feel would fit the bill.  If you're undecided and you're seeking a topic that would be effective for the entire team then I suggest the following::

Unmasking Your Mystery Patients   (full day) This is an insightful view of the dental practice from the patient's perspective.  Addresses issues of customer service and includes the 21 top tips from Suzanne's research and patient focus groups. Participants will get loads of practical ideas that they can easily implement.  Learn what it will take to earn patient loyalty and cement long-term patient relationships. For all members of the dental team.  Click here for detailed description.

If I've spoken for your group before (Mystery Patient program), I suggest the following topics in the order shown:

  • The Dental Dream Team (compressed full day)
  • The Cohesive Team (compressed full day)
  • Power of Positive Self Presentation (half day) and Minding Our Manners (half day)
  • Managing Maalox Moments (half day) and The Dental Dream Team (half day)

I'll be very pleased to talk with you personally about your group to determine what topic or combination of topics might be best for your members.  Don't hesitate to call me so we can work out the best meeting possible for your members.

PLANNING A TEAM RETREAT?!
Each one of these programs is also available in a full day format.  For a 2-day retreat, you may consider the Mystery Patient on day 1 and the Dental Dream Team for day 2!

RELATED SERVICES TO BENEFIT YOU AND YOUR GROUP

  • SPECIALTY FOCUS GROUP WITH REFERRING OFFICES:   This has proven to be a very powerful means of fine-tuning relationships between the specialty practice and its referring offices. Referring offices probably won't tell the specialist what they're unhappy with.  But they WILL open up when they are guaranteed confidentiality with a goal of mutually beneficial relationships.
Ideally, on the afternoon or evening preceding the seminar Suzanne will conduct a focus group with the referring offices (up to 10 doctors) designated by the specialist. Questions and issues to be addressed will be determined in advance by the specialist.  Within a week following the meeting Suzanne will provide the specialist with a detailed written report of the focus group and with a list of specific suggestions and requests that came out of the meeting.  The report will offer frank insights learned in the focus group, while maintaining anonymity of the doctors.
If you have  interest in this powerful and very valuable concept, please let us know and we will provide you with in-depth information and fee.
  • EDUCATIONAL PRODUCT PERK FOR YOUR GROUP:   Consider offering your members a valuable training tool that both reinforces the content of the seminar and continues to communicate positively about your organization long after the meeting.  Suzanne has authored numerous books, audios and videos.  (See best-selling book at bottom of page.)You might opt to offer this perk only to the attending offices on the day of the meeting OR to all members prior to the meeting (increasing interest in the seminar).  The product will be associated with you and will be symbolic of the uniqueness of the relationship with your club.  Products will be offered to you at a discount based on the item selected and the quantity ordered. Additionally, some products may be personalized with your group name or with a personal message from you.
  • POST-MEETING ROUNDTABLE SESSION: Following a seminar, many doctors voice an interest in obtaining more in-depth information related to their own practices or they want to continue the dialogue in small group format.  Such a session may be scheduled in advance for a 2-3 hour time frame either following the seminar or on the morning following the meeting.  Alternatively, an individual office may be interested in conducting such a session with their entire team. There are many variables and possibilities ... we'll be happy to discuss the options with you and provide you with a fee quote.
  • "PRE-WORK" PREP AND PROMO: Some study clubs like to have members prepare for the meeting by providing them with a pre-meeting worksheet of questions and discussion topics.  Each member-practice can have its own, independent 1-hour staff meeting prior to the scheduled study club meeting in order to make Suzanne's seminar even more meaningful.  We will be happy to provide you with a master worksheet that you can mail or fax to your members.  We suggest that you encourage your members to have the 1-hour pre-work meeting occur at least 7-10 days before the meeting.  This concept also serves to increase interest in the meeting!  Call us to request a complimentary pre-work sheet that you may distribute to your group.
